Not that I have much pull in this community, but I also believe the 
email to have been on topic.  I do not consider it spam, and, though I 
likely will not be changing jobs anytime soon, would welcome more of 
these on-target emails.  If it doesn't apply to me, it likely applies to 
someone else on this list, and I am perfectly capable of hitting the 
delete button.
