I only changed lines like

rtl::OUString aFoo = rtl::OUString(RTL_CONSTASCII_USTRINGPARAM("blah"));

to

rtl::OUString aFoo(RTL_CONSTASCII_USTRINGPARAM("blah"));

, which is the form we prefer.
