[Libreoffice] SvxHyperlinkDlg still used?

Just to add my 'Aye' to Michaels comments (as a humble user).A quick Google reveals that predominately the full insert hyperlink function is referenced in online guides.I think this is a fair reflection of the expected UX and the toolbar is redundant.
