[Libreoffice] [PATCH] remove unused SvXMLNumFmtDefaults methods

Hi Everybody,

My first mail on this liste :-)

I was grepping for some dead code using 'grep "#if 0"'  and I have found a
bunch of unused method in xmloff package.

I have attached 2 patches for review.
