Minutes:

* 3.3 issues
	+ meta-bug for blockers:
		+ https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31865
			+ nominate blockers by adding comments
			+ decisions on the dev mailing list
		+ BrOffice branding win32 installer
		+ Mechtilde's migration fixes
			+ done need cherry picking
		+ wiki / on-line help
			+ Kendy - due early next week: Wednesday
AA:		+ work out what mime type / icon schedule is [ Thorsten ]
		+ l10n : string freeze
	+ decision: call next release RC1
		+ merge m17, tag it Tues 30th
		+ code freeze for RC1
			+ all fixes must be code reviewed by one
			  other person

* Windows
	+ image size progress
		+ some cab compression ratio tweaking success
		+ more work to our target of under 300Mb
		+ aspire to further drastic shinkage for 3.3.next
	+ crashes on exit
		+ vile threading issue in destructors
			+ no simple 'lets leak like OO.o'
			+ a choice of memory corruption / crashes either way

* master

			+ gives a single consistent developer build story
		+ distributors, continue to use 'build' for now
		+ continues to be straight through complete build
		+ Rene & Petr - happy with the direction.
		=> merge it to master whenever possible
	+ vnext versioning scheme
		+ not happy for master to be 3.3.1 [ Thorsten ]
		+ depends on release frequency [ Petr ]
		+ need a distinct naming scheme
		+ tentative decision - 3.4 as the next release

* MPL referencing Netscape
