[Libreoffice] Language configuration (spell check , ...)

OK, I've installed a dic and it works fine.
I don't remember having installed the dics in 3.3 and they do appear in the ooo-dev3/share/extensions folder.

LibO must have picked up the system dics indeed (xubuntu).
