[Libreoffice] How to build on WinXP using VC2008 Express and Cygwin

Hi all,

could you please tell me, what is different to 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Building_OOo_with_Cygwin_on_Windows

For example, extracting all the tar.bz2 files I get different folders. 
For OOo I got one folder. Do I have to merge the content of the 
different folders into one folder?
