[Libreoffice] build broken sdf/svx.zip' not found

I remember that we had similar problems with en-US only build half an
year ago. It has been fixed tough.

Please, make sure that you use --with-lang="" for en-US-only build.

A temporary workaround might be to use --disable-layout configure
option.

BTW: What configure options are you using?
