Thank you for answer.
I contacted Fridrich via IRC before I got jour message.
He assumed that path lenght is to big.

In this case soution is command :
substr o: f:\cygwin\Robert\LibO\build\
in windows command line.
After that in Cygwin I use path /cygdrive/o.
