Grr, you are right. Unfortunately, I did it in a hurry and did not
remove the commented out headers.

Well, there were not that many removed lines, so it not that big loss.
Also I see that there are comments above some commented out includes. It
would be better to remove them at the same time which is the other
"easy" task ;-)
