The README file in en-US/readmes from the 3.3.0 64-bit download is a tad
annoying. First, there's no line wrap to 80 col (good for terminals). Second,
smart quotes are in the file, which appear badly on a terminal and many text
editors. Attached are three patches to rectify these problems, though it might
be easier just to use `fmt' and hand-replace the quotes. Hopefully the ML
doesn't strip patches.
README_en-US_lwrap.diff wraps the lines (used `fmt').
README_en-US_squotes_rm.diff removes the smart quotes.
README_en-US_lwrap_squotes_rm.diff does a combination of the previous two
patches.
