[Libreoffice] wiki-site about Beta2

Hi,

I created a new wiki page about the Beta2 to collect there information about 
installation etc. for this version. I linked the site from the main page of the wiki. 
The new site is located at
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Beta2

I started with a first hint about installation on Linux-RPM.
