[Libreoffice] Dynamic arrays in chartitempool

Hii Michael,

read on, I found my boggle,
I had initially added
#include <sal/macros.hxx>

my bad :) it builds and the charts seems to be without any problems too
and I attached the diff with the corrected include, though at the bottom of
the include list.
