[Libreoffice] Is the SDK with DotNet supposed to be working on Windows?

Hello LibreOffice developers,

I already asked this question in the chat and in the users mailinglist,
but did not receive any reply at all, so I'm taking this to the
developers mailing list.
I can't get the LibreOffice SDK to work with DotNet on Windows. I always
run into the bug which is filed at [0]. Has anybody ever tried to get a
simple one-liner running on Windows which contains a call to
uno.util.Bootstrap.bootstrap()? Is this the way the SDK should be used
with DotNet or am I missing something here? The same code is working
fine on Ubuntu 11.04 Beta with Mono as well as on Windows with the
OpenOffice SDK.

We have several installations of OpenOffice which I would like to
replace by LibreOffice. This is impossible by now, because the tool that
I developed for my collegues does not work with LibreOffice because of
this bug.

Thanks for any help,
Wolfgang.
