[Libreoffice] possible error in Wiki list of fixed bugs

Hello Nino,
The source is [1]:  I simply merged (copy-pasted) the individual RC's to
one page.

But I agree that the issue number doesn't refer to the correct issue and
we should ask the developer list (done) for better and more accurate
information.
