https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40006 exists about this
now.

As a workaround for the moment, toggling on the save as ODF 1.1 option
will force sha1 for export.

We should probably backport import support for SHA256 and friends either
way anyway I guess.
