Meh, I am not fully awake yet. Yes, sw uses filter. The structure is
still true and valid for the rest of the project. There were some
exceptions (marked in red on the picture), most of them where resolved
and are marked as done at:

where you find components, dtrans, svtools, connectivity, shell,
xmloff, linguistic, lingucomponent, svx, goodies, sfx2,
svtools having been reworked already for this.
