[Libreoffice] Newbie question: Windows SDK exact path

Hi!

I also guess it's a matter of versions. Old versions of the SDK and other
tools work without any problem, but newer releases of the Microsoft tools
always cause some pain. If you are not confident enough to fix those
problems, the safe bet is to ask people like Tor or Fridrich what versions
are they using and install the same ones :)
