I have no deeper knowledge how to build deb packages. But you may want to have a look how we package extensions for ArchLinux: http://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/libreoffice/trunk/PKGBUILD It's just extracting the .oxt stuff into the proper directory depending on your LibO installation path. -Andy
