The problem is earlier. How to get the files to my PC? Tor wrote "from 
http://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/libreoffice/contrib/dev-tools.git/". 
But I do not know what to do with that link. You give the link 
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/contrib/dev-tools/tree/make-3.82-gbuild 
on AOOo and there I see a lot of files. But single download of more than 
90 files cannot be the right method.
