Your settings should be
--with-jdk-home=/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Java/jdk1.6.0_25
--with-directx-home="C:\DXSDK"
--with-windows-sdk-home="C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A"

Could you confirm this is a typo in your email ?
