[Libreoffice] module wizards build is broken

Once I see good clean builds with are

   ./autogen.sh --disable-dependency-tracking --disable-zenity
     --enable-binfilter --enable-dbgutil --enable-werror
     --with-max-jobs=2 --with-num-cpus=2

so nothing obviously making the difference here
