[Libreoffice] Bugs in Portable LibO Versions

Hi,

I do not know at all how bug fixes for Portable LibO Builds will be 
proceeded. I believe hints in 
<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#Version> are not 
useful.

What do you think?
