Can we tag the beta0 as in addition to for now? That shouldnt

As we wont have a 3.5.0 rc0 we could silently leave the tag where it
is, but would never need to tell anyone about it anymore.

 3.5.0beta1 =>
 3.5.0rc0 => nonexistant, published rcs start at 1
 3.5.0rc1 =>

If someone asks about the tag, we could tell them to just ignore it
without lengthy discussions.

majors start at 0 and we _could_ answer that with "tradition" as OOo did so
