[Libreoffice] [Patch] Remove bogus comments in writer

According to this easy hack:

I have tried to remove few bogus comments, but I don't know if I could
clean up author tags ("@author OD").

Otherwise, should I go on the same way?

As usual, this patch is under LGPLv3/MPL.
