What was it ?
In my case, the exception message is "cannot get uno environments!"

The code where it comes from in ure/cppu/inc/uno/environment.hxx
seems overly complicated.

Oh, and by the way, createRegistryServiceFactory() used in saxparser.cxx
is deprecated in OpenOffice:
