[Libreoffice] re-enable icons on Linux for KDE

Hi Michael,
We are using the generic builds in Gentoo and our KDE users are
suffering from this. So would it be possible to have this reactivated
earlier? Like for 3.3.1? Btw: we only care about kde4 support ;-)
