[Libreoffice] HTML formatting in comments?

Hi Cedric,

somewhere I read, that IDL files are _mostly_ files with *.idl extension
(I don't remember precisely where I read this). If we are really sure
about these files we could publish this as an Easy Hack.

What do you think about this?
