[Libreoffice] RTL_LOGFILE_CONTEXT_AUTHOR expert?

Hi,

sometimes RTL_LOGFILE_CONTEXT_AUTHOR are commented and there are many of 
them uncommented. Does anybody who uses the output of 
RTL_LOGFILE_CONTEXT_AUTHOR?
