I found a few in regexp, one in sd, one in sw and one in extensions and
changed those.

Reviewing the remainder I saw.

a) one bug in xmloff, now fixed
b) another one in editeng, now fixed

So otherwise, yes, I think we're basically done modulo anything hiding
behind some defines and any backsliding that happens from now on :-)

So, yup, moved this task from Easy Hacks to Completed Easy Hacks.
