[Libreoffice] Better font substitution in Japanese locale in 3.3 branch

Just FYI,

I'm signing off of the patch attached in the bug for the 3.3 branch.  It
adds another widely-used font in the font substitution list to better
serve the Japanese users.

The change is minimal, and only impacts the Japanese locale.  So I
consider that a safe enough change for 3.3.
