	I wonder if using RTLD_DEEPBIND on this sort of component's dlopen
might help us; hmm.

	It's a great bug report - thanks; as Kendy says having it in bugzilla
would help. The hope is that vendors will use their native libstdc++ -
so this affects only the generic builds.
