This item appears in the context menu and the Format menu, AFAIR. In the
future it will also affect "Clear All Formatting" which will replace the
plain "Clear Formatting" item. This appears in the drop down from the
Format toolbar.

I will fix a mistake I found in the patch set and resubmit it. That is
unless someone else wins the race and picks it up before I fix it. I can
send a smaller patch later. I will continue working on this.
