[Libreoffice] Missing vcl resource. This indicates that files vital to localization are missing. You might have a corrupt installation.

I've tried $ find . -name smen-US.res -ls and the file smen-US.res does not exist in my git/libo directory.

Sorry, I'm a newbie and not sure what you mean, unless it's that you suspect a temp dir is contaminating my build.
