Please note, though, that actually we don't ship the 64-bit Explorer extension in 3.4, which is what would require the 64-bit C(++) runtime (fdo#36950) . So either we should cherry-pick the fix for that to 3.4, or not bother shipping the 64-bit runtime in 3.4.
