[Libreoffice] HTML_UNKNOWNCONTROL_OFF

Hi,

I'm playing with bug 34666 and observed that the token 
HTML_UNKNOWNCONTROL_OFF is never encountered:

<o:SmartTagType namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"
  name="metricconverter"/>

Shouldn't the closing "/>" be treated as an "_OFF" token? Whatever the 
prefix of _OFF might be...
