[Libreoffice] Windows compiling

Hi,
    I am interesting in participating to your project, but in the past few
days I've been trying to recover my Ubuntu, but with no succes.
Now I am stuck with windows and I would like some tips on how to build your
source with Visual Studio or cygwin or anything;
    Any tip can save me hours, as I am new on compiling big projects
especially on windows.
