	Ah - this is a good point ;-) I suspect there are a number of submerged
compile / latent merge issues that we're not picking up since we don't
enable most of our extensions by default.

	IMHO - we should enable the ones that we bundle to be compiled by
default, eg. report-designer, pdfimport, presentation minimiser,
presentation view etc.

	Patches to configure much appreciated to effect that :-)
