First, we need a proper document to test this with -

 * take the problematic file, strip it down to the minimal content
   still showing the bug
 * while doing so, try to find out what aspect causes this bug -
   PowerPoint version, using particular features (master pages etc.)
 * ideally, create a from-scratch document showing the problem, and
   only the problem - that makes it even easier to track it down.

Please file a bug with that document attached against LibreOffice at
bugs.freedesktop.org.
