Hi Rafael,

I had to revert your commit

    Remove DECLARE_LIST( SvSlotElementList, SvSlotElement* )

and the subsequent commits to the same area.

It was causing a breakage of master - it immediately hung after the
start :-(  The tricky part was that it needed a clean build to be seen.
Can you please have a look & commit a fixed version?
