[Libreoffice] [Patch] make the OOXML import filter use sheet local db data

Hello,

I hope that this is the last patch regarding the new sheet local db data.
This patch allows the OOXML import use the sheet local db data.

This patch needs my previous patch for the Vba autofilter.

If anyone knows another place where autofilter or unnamed db data is used,
please write me a mail.
