[Libreoffice] [REVIEW] fdo#34214: Fixed selection by arrow keys around merged cells

I would like to get the following commit

cherry-picked to the -3-4 branch.  I understand that this is not a small
change, but I really don't want to leave the 3.4 branch without fixing
fdo#34214.

The code only affects cell range selection with the arrow keys.  Some
issues still remain even with this fix, but at least it's much better
than what we have currently.
