[Libreoffice] build fail in scripting/Jar/aportisdoc

Hi
I can confirm that this bug does not go away if I build it again from the root.
Also tested by trying to build the scripting module a few times and that doesn't work either.
Nor does trying to build the tail_build module, although that returns a different error message:
/cygdrive/c/libreoffice/libo/workdir/wntmsci12.pro/Dep/SdiTarget/basctl/sdi/basslots.d:1: *** target pattern contains no
`%'. Stop.
