Yes, based on com.sun.star.logging UNO interfaces and 
comphelper/logging.hxx wrapper.  Apparently only sparingly used, in 
connectivity and package/source/xstor.  Needs revisiting, whether its 
few uses should be changed to use sal/log.h instead, or whether there is 
indeed demand for some higher-level logging facilities (being based on 
UNO makes it unsuitable for many places in the code base).
