[Libreoffice] [PUSHED] Some OSL cleanup

Hello,
I think these system requirements for LibreOffice imply to have a valid
implementation of getpid() :
- Linux kernel version 2.6.18 or higher; -> clone() for NTPL
- glibc2 version 2.5 or higher; -> NPTL
With these two requirements on Linux, we have NPTL and a good version of
getpid, wich return one PID by process.
