[Libreoffice] [PATCH] More translated comments

Hi all,

Here's docdraw.cxx and docedt.cxx.
I also improved (e.g. 'catched -> caught') some English comments.

Some comments (as always):
Line # 776, 805: It's really unclear what is meant here. I did my best.
# 1621: Doesn't even make much sense in German ^^.
# 1698: The "middle checked loop" or do .. while(false) seems to be an
odd construct to avoid having a go to.
# 2050, 2051, 2133: Frank Sinatra and Bob Dylan in an OSL_ENSURE;
interesting ...
