[Libreoffice] About fdo#42543

Hello,

By taking a look at the bug fdo#42543 (major/high NEW Report Designer Wizard
missing Label display and editing capability), I noticed these kind of
messages :

So I runned gdb and found that in vclxtoolkit.cxx, line 708 case
WINDOW_DOCKINGAREA (but there are other cases too), ppNewComp wasn't
initialized

Is it just a pb to choose the good VCLXGraphicControl in vclxwindows.hxx or
are there lacking derived types of VCLXGraphicControl to create ?

precision: fdo42543 is a regression compared to 3.4.4 where it works well.
