Hm, at least the rpm-based 
<http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/Linux_x86_Release_Configuration/master/current/master~2011-10-16_14.58.54_LibO-Dev_OOO350m1_Linux_x86_install-rpm_en-US.tar.gz> 
leads to a good-looking installation tree with no missing files.  Have 
no deb-based system around to try that one as well, though.
