[Libreoffice] build failing in tail_build

Hello Noel,

I'm not sure why this happens but can you check in
sc/qa/unit/data/ods/formats.ods if in the first sheet cell A2 contains
40.10%.

If this is correct you maybe need to execute a make clean in sc and rebuild it.
