[Libreoffice] Is it possible to update cppcheck for Libreoffice report ?

Hello Jesse,

Would it be possible to update cppcheck ? There have been again fixes but
also new checks like C casting used for C++.
Perhaps we could remove the warnings about unused function for the moment by
adding this in the command :
--suppress=unusedFunction
